Have the following ready before you begin:
* Copy of your ID document or passport
* Contact and personal details
* FFC details, if already issued
* PDE / NQF information, if applicable
* CV and supporting qualification documents
* Proof of address, not older than 3 months
* Tax number & clearance certificate
* Professional profile photo
* Bank Confirmation Letter
Please use the same email address you used during your application process so we can link your submission to your existing profile.
Step 1 — Complete your onboarding form
Fill in your personal, professional, compliance, and area information.
Step 2 — Upload your documents
Attach the required supporting documents so our team can review and verify your profile.
Step 3 — Submit for processing
Once submitted, Leapfrog Head Office will review your information and follow up if anything is missing or unclear.
Step 4 — Head Office starts your setup
Once your documents are reviewed, we’ll begin the next onboarding steps, including email setup, system access, and onboarding resources.
